Our history
The Domaine des Pins, which takes its name from an alley of hundred-year-old pines behind the property, operates a dozen plots on 9 hectares of vines in AOP Saint-Amour, AOC Beaujolais Villages and AOC Crémant de Bourgogne.
In 2016, this historic estate was bought by the Polosse family, and Sandra Escot, passionate about the Beaujolais terroir and co-managed with Joseph de Sonis, operator and president of the Saint-Amour cru.
The Domaine des Pins, an independent winemaker member, then experienced significant investments : air conditioning, temperature control, press, resumption of plots on some of the most beautiful terroirs of the appellation and allowed more precise vinification and the creation of new cuvées. without denying the principles that have always made the reputation of the domain: respect for the terroirs and natural rhythms, minimal and reasoned interventions in the vineyard as in the cellar, patience, respect for the identity and the historical style of wine of the estate.
Since then, numerous medals and notes have rewarded the work provided by the entire team, committed to producing wines with passion and authenticity.
Saint Amour, the most Burgundian

The northernmost of the Crus is located entirely in Burgundy, south of Mâcon in the department of Saône-et-Loire (71). In a superb landscape of hills leaning against the foothills of the Massif Central, looking at the Alps on the horizon, about fifty winegrowers produce with passion on 320 ha this confidential cru.
The Domaine des Pins has the "High Environmental Value" certification.
This certifies that our operation preserves the ecosystem while limiting environmental impacts. and we are proud of it!
