La Folie

This cuvée without added sulfur takes its name from the plot from which the grapes that compose it come, in the heart of the Saint-Amour appellation. She was awarded several gold medals in 2018 and silver in 2021 at national and international competitions.
 
 Colour : Deep ruby, shrouded in purplish reflections
 Nose : Delivering a palette full of complexity, ranging from violets to black fruits, with a spicy mouthfeel.
 Palate : Structured structure, tannic and silky in the mouth. Surprising by its intensity, its elegance and its depth, it transports us closer to the expression of the terroir of Saint-Amour.
 
 Food and wine pairings : Our Saint-Amour will happily accompany game, white meats (poultry, veal blanquette) as well as mature cheeses.
