This gourmet, aromatic and seductive wine represents the quintessence of black Gamay and the Saint-Amour cru.
 
 Color : Intense ruby color with purplish reflections
 Nose : Intense and complex. Currants and raspberries marry with a touch of aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary), peony and sweet spices.
 Palate : A round and smooth attack at first, then the wine reveals its crunchy, powerful and structured character. The aromas of the nose are found in a brilliant final bouquet  and extremely persistent.
 
 Food and wine pairings : Our Saint-Amour will happily accompany charcuterie, white meats (poultry, veal blanquette) as well as mature cheeses.
